Tasks

Strategic planning and Site development in consultation with the Head of Operations
Developing, implementing and monitoring of appropriate measures for obtaining and retaining all relevant site-related permits
Operational management of the PET tracer production and quality control in consultation with the Head of Operations
Leading the Heads of Departments (Production, Quality control & Quality Assurance)
Planning and organization of maintenance and repair activities
Production planning in coordination with the sales team
Enhancements and standardization of production and testing processes
Support in enhancements of the quality assurance system in accordance with GMP guidelines
Running projects and special assignments as directed by the Head of Operations
Management responsibility for the staff on site
Recruitment of staff at the site in coordination with the HR Department

Profil

Completed studies in a technical or scientific field, ideally pharmacy or chemistry
Several years of professional experience in the pharmacy business with management experience (minimum of leading 5 employees), preferably in the field of radiopharmacy
Several years of experience in the development, production and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals in advantage
Very good communication and organizational skills
High reliability and durability
Very good written and spoken English and German skills
